Media Safari is a Bath based marketing communications and PR consultancy specialising in the technology sector. Representing a number of big international tech brands, we now have an exciting career opportunity for the right Junior Account Executive or Account Executive.

Is this you?

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or possess a professional marketing (CIM, CAM etc.) or PR (CIPR etc.) related qualification. Previous experience of working within PR is not essential, but a controlled thirst for ‘learning the ropes’ and a driven attitude will be essential.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the PR team, collate and produce cuttings, draft and proof media materials, research key journalist and Twitter contacts and general office administration.  You’ll be working across a broad range of high profile and exciting clients in business, healthcare and consumer sectors.

The following are essential:

• A good team player with a clear and polite communication style
• Strong writing skills with an acute eye for detail and grammatical accuracy
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure at times
• An understanding of the media landscape
• A thorough understanding of Office applications
